My journey into clinical psychology began with a deep curiosity about the human mind and a strong respect for human resilience. Throughout my training and work in hospital and rehabilitation settings, I have been inspired by the strength people show in the face of illness, loss, and life-changing challenges.
Walking alongside individuals during vulnerable moments — such as after a stroke, brain injury, or the onset of mental illness — has shown me that even amid pain and uncertainty, hope often persists quietly. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” a person, but about helping individuals reconnect with their inner strengths, values, and sense of direction.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences at their own pace, develop practical coping strategies, and work towards meaningful goals. I hold the belief that even small steps forward can bring clarity, healing, and renewed hope — one moment at a time.
