Individual counselling is a one-on-one therapeutic process between a client and a professional counsellor, designed to provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space for personal growth and healing. It allows individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in depth, while gaining greater self-awareness and coping strategies.
Through individual counselling, clients can:
- Address emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, phobia, or trauma.
- Work through personal issues, including self-esteem, identity or life transitions.
- Gain clarity in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Develop healthier coping mechanisms and improve emotional regulation.
