Group Counselling
Group counselling brings together a small group of individuals who share similar concerns or goals, guided by a professional counsellor. It provides a supportive and confidential environment where participants can openly share experiences, learn from one another, and develop new perspectives.
Through group counselling, clients can:
- Gain support and encouragement from others facing similar challenges.
- Build communication and interpersonal skills in a safe space.
- Learn new coping strategies through shared experiences and feedback.
- Reduce feelings of isolation by connecting with people who understand.
- Strengthen self-awareness and confidence through group interaction.
At Existential, group counselling sessions are conducted with a focus on respect, empathy, and confidentiality. We use evidence-based approaches tailored to the group’s needs, addressing issues such as stress management, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, or personal growth.
We aim to create a safe and empowering group experience that encourages healing, connection, and growth together.
